How Do We Work?
We offer two flexible pricing models for our support services:
- Monthly Subscription: Choose a plan with a predetermined number of support hours each month.
- Hourly Billing: Reach out to our support team as needed, and you'll be billed for the hours worked at the end of the month.
Our Support Process
- Contact Us: All support inquiries should be sent to support@solvti.com. This centralized approach helps us manage and resolve your issues more efficiently.
- Issue Evaluation: Upon receiving your support request, our support team evaluates whether the query falls within the scope of planned support activities.
- If it does, our support staff will address the issue promptly. Support will be provided via email, MS Teams chat or video calls.
- If it doesn’t, the query will be forwarded to your dedicated Solutions Consultant for further assistance.
- Client Portal Access: Each client has access to a personalized Client Portal. This portal provides a comprehensive view of all support tickets related to your company, ensuring transparency and keeping you informed of the status and progress of each issue.

What is Beyond Support?
Certain tasks require a deeper level of knowledge and are handled by our implementation team rather than the support team. You can still reach out to the support team, and they will forward your request internally to our implementation team.
